About Danie Spiekermeier

I am a practitioner of the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Rolf movement. I am beyond passionate about the possibilities made available, when we release the tensional layers in our bodies that no longer serve us. The more I learn about anatomy in movement, the more fascinated I become about these vessels we inhabit.

I am an intuitive, inquisitive, compassionate and caring practitioner. I am devoted to learning how the mind, body and spirit are intertwined on all levels. My belief is that we have an opportunity to open to our full potential and live in harmony if we release the things that hold us back. I am truly blessed to be a practitioner of this work.

I graduated from the New School of Structural Integration in Laguna Beach, CA, and am a proud member of IASI (International Association of Structural Integrators).  I am also a Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner and Yoga instructor.

One of my greatest loves is nature. You may find me snowboarding on a powder day at Squaw, mountain biking on one of our amazing Tahoe trails, or hiking with my son Zaiah. I sit Vipasana and periodically do other meditation retreats, some as long as 10 days in silence to rejuvenate my soul. I am committed to my own awareness of my evolving alignment, balance, health and healing and that helps me be authentically committed to yours.
