$200 Per Session

These sessions include assessment, manual therapy and awareness and movement education. Sessions are typically 75 to 90 minutes but vary in duration depending on clients’ needs. Please allow yourself 2 hours for your first session. Typically clients embark on a journey of the classic 10 session formula, created by Dr. Rolf.

Bodywork (massage)

60 MINUTES $150 • 90 MINUTES $200

• 120 MINUTES $250

Offerings include a broad range of modalities on the spectrum of relaxation to deep tissue, reiki and intuitive work if requested.

24 hr Cancelation Policy
Late cancelations may be charged full session rates.
Late arrivals under 30min will continue with remaining time.
Arrivals beyond 30min late are considered late cancellations.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session starts.

Sliding Scale Policy

I offer sliding scale for people who are in financially challenged situations. Please contact me via email or phone and we can discuss potential options.
